Privacy Policy
The short version: your files and passwords stay in your browser.
Last updated: 2026-11-08
Data you enter into the tools
The tools run in your web browser. The images you select, the passwords you type and the passwords you generate are processed on your own device using browser features such as Canvas, FileReader and Web Crypto. The tool code does not send them to us or to any third party, and we do not log them. Cleaned images are created as temporary files in your browser’s memory and are released when you clear the list or leave the page. If you use the Copy button, the generated text goes to your device clipboard, which other software on your device may be able to read. Browser extensions can see what you type into any page.
What is stored on your device
The tools themselves store nothing in your browser. If advertising is enabled in future, your cookie choice would be stored in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked repeatedly.
Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered as static files by a hosting provider and content delivery network (Cloudflare). Like any web server, they may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, requested page, browser type and time, to deliver the site and keep it secure. These logs never contain your files or passwords, because those never leave your browser.
Advertising
At the moment the site shows no advertisements and sets no advertising cookies. If we enable Google AdSense in future, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. We would then show a consent choice before loading any ad script, update this page first, and visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland would be asked for consent through a certified consent management platform. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and read more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Analytics
We do not currently run analytics. If we add privacy-friendly, aggregate page-view statistics we will update this page first.
Children
The site is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data through the tools, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you emailed us and want that message deleted, contact us and we will respond in line with applicable law.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with an updated date.
